“Our appointment with Kerry Barnwell was kindly arranged around our schedule. Upon arrival, Kerry made every effort to make us feel comfortable during the conversations regarding our will planning, particularly my partner who has been putting off these discussions for several years. Kerry enquired about our lives and family without being intrusive and was particularly precise and clear with the explanations regarding her recommendations for our estate. Nothing was too much trouble when answering our questions to ensure we were fully understanding what services were available to us and we felt very relieved that we were confident with the process to secure both of our wills with 1st Line Future planning. We would recommend Kerry with confidence to our friends and family when planning for their future. It was lovely to have such fabulous and organised service in our home!”
