“Really fabulous service, friendly, efficient and fast fitting too. I emailed and got a quote for my imported vehicle and these guys were very easy going, said just book in when you’re ready and we will get it sorted and true to their word, a couple weeks later I booked in and it was done in under 2 hours - perfect all round service - thanks again fellas!”

“Yours was the best quote and I was very happy with Byron’s workmanship. He was friendly and professional and did a thorough job in less than an hour, replacing my passenger side window. “Excellent customer service from first phone call to completion of screen fitting, after being told I would have to wait over six weeks before my screen was available and fitted, I contacted 1st call, David couldn’t have been more helpful, within 3 days my screen was ordered and fitted by Jake, excellent quick careful fitting service., very happy, definitely use again, highly recommend.”

“My rear screen window was smashed in a local car park I phoned 1st Call and they came out within 24 hours. The guy that fitted it was called Jake Lamb he was professional, efficient and extremely pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“Excellent customer service. I initially struggled to get booked in trying to book in around work and childcare. However, the team were just fantastic and made it work. They collected my car first thing, carried out the work and were able to drop it back in time for me to get the children off the childcare and get myself to work. 10/10!! Hopefully I won't need to use them again any time soon, but will definitely be a returning customer!”

“After being let down by Auto Windscreens and shocked at their level of service I contacted my insurance company and was picked up by 1St Call Windscreens, they have fitted a OEM BMW windscreen and I cannot fault them from start to finish. Albeit they were shortstaffed as 2 of their colleagues are out sick they still managed to uphold the appointment and get the job done. I cannot recommend them enough!!”
