This is a great review - we do wish everyone that drank milk in the UK understood the calf rearing system and would try our lovely British Rose Veal! The best welfare and husbandry is practised in rearing these calves and they are much older than the average lamb or chicken (just under a year old) when the time comes for processing .......

“The first two where end cuts and turned out quite difficult to cook medium-rare. The third cut was a middle cut that cooked to perfection, unfortunately, it turned out to be very tuff and chewy with very little taste and definitely not a melt in the mouth experience as advertised. Disappointed all around after looking forward to tasting wagyu for so long.”
