“The first two where end cuts and turned out quite difficult to cook medium-rare. The third cut was a middle cut that cooked to perfection, unfortunately, it turned out to be very tuff and chewy with very little taste and definitely not a melt in the mouth experience as advertised. Disappointed all around after looking forward to tasting wagyu for so long.”

“We really enjoyed the bacon. The fat is crispy when grilled. Reminded us of the bacon we had when we young. Our son in-law loved the black pudding. Everything is full of flavour.”
