“excellent customer service really made the effort to put your mind at rest, asked loads off questions and got lots of sensible answers bakck, visited the factory where all the parts are made, always made the effort to make you feel welcome, very honest family run firm with Dad Robin then Pam, William, the installer Alasdair who worked like a trojan, trully amazing how he himself installed the canopy over 2 days,”

“I would highly recommend 123v, the time from order to install was well within the time quoted. The install was spot on, and the installer quick, clean and very tidy. I now looking forward to being able to sit outside and not get soaked during the summer”

“Absolutely supreb from start to finish. Everyting from initial discussion to survey and installation went extremely smoothly indeed, all was done exactly as promised and on-time. Staff I dealt with, John and Pamela, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Above all, there was never any pressure or hard-sell. The installation was carried out utterly perfectly and very professionally by friendly and very competent installer, Alasdair. Not a trace of any mess was made and all was left completely tidy. I am absolutely delighted and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 123v to anyone. Thank you all so much.”

“What a fantastic team. The attention to detail and service was really tremendous. This is a business that really takes time to understand what you want and works very closely with you to get it done right. This covers William and Robin in the design and contract stages all the way through to Dave and his team of installers, who were exceptional. Thoroughly recommend these guys”

“Excellent service from start to finished project. 17th & 18th July 2024 6.5m x 6.0m carport desiigned and installed by a very helpful and efficient company. Pricing was competative against other companies but I did not purchase on cost alone the quality of the materials used were also a consideration. The 2 installers Dave and Jacob could not have worked harder or longer to install this in just a couple of days. They were very thorough leaving the site spotless and very tidy. I would recomend this company to anyone considering a car port or similar project.”

“superb service from start to finish, would highly recommend. We had a couple of teething problems with minor leaks from a joint in the car port roof and everything was dealt with promptly and professionally. “123v was an amazing company to deal with, from the knowledge of the product from the salesman, to showing us products, from the office, surveyor, we can tell the product was bespoke to us, great for reassurance as the sales gent told us it was bespoke to each customer, 123v has it’s own manufacturing, the install was flawless, Pamela and Will in the office were always very kind and helpful. We a 110% recommend 123v ☺️”

“I couldnt rate this company or experience highly enough, from conception to completion it was flawless, the team were absoutley fantastic allowing me to visit their workshop to see the manufaturing process, delivery was quicker than quoted and then the installation was a smooth as can be, the quality of the product is second to none, all ive got to do now is have the lighting & IR Heaters instaled by others.”
