Gorgeous offers, however was unable to pick a custom card as the website wouldn't allow me to add any personalisation

The contents were ok, but the box was broken and battered,and not repairable, and of no use whatsoever as a present,which was my intention for the hamper.

Website kept flitting around, had to keep redoing it! perhaps it was busy but slightly irritating. Hamper looks great though and with discount, excellent value.

First time - website crashed on paymnet page Second tie - Black Friday discount was lost when tried to pay with credit card. Thord time - had to pay by paypal to maintain Black Friday Discount

My partner liked the surprise, it was beautiful. The only problem was it arrived one day before the date I chose. Why choose the date then? Also, I chose a card because I the gift was for our anniversary and we ended up getting a Christmas card. Next time I order one day before the day I need the hamper :)

Hamper was good but delivered a week before the date I requested. Don’t know anything else about it as it went to my nephew.

It took me so many times to place the orders but once this was done I feel relieved and happy I can send the gift by to my son and his girl by the 08/04/23 . Feeling happy !

I wanted to do a personalized card but the icon for chat was sitting right on top of the tick to confirm. After several times I gave up because you press the chat icon rather the confirm tick😬😬Put the chat icon somewhere else instead

I'm sorry I cannot give you more feed back. I know for certain that the hamper was delivered but more than that I do not know as the recipients have not let me know. I will probably use your service again but not for this particular address.

Although the orders were placed in late October & delivery requested for just before Christmas, they turned up around 10 days early. The same happened last year

It was programed to arrive on Mon 19th but made a failed delivery the Friday before, leaving a note to collect at post office. Y brother caught the train to the centre to go to post office and they said it was out on delivery again.. shame he had to have wasted journey as date not respected.
