“It arrived 3 days too late after paying for next day express delivery, I notified the company via chat to be told it would be delivered that day - still no delivery. I messaged two more times to say it had not been received and could they refund the express delivery and no reply. When it eventually came (4 days after ordering) The message card was cut off after a few words so the receiver couldn't see who it was from - never again :-( very poor service and no attention to detail.”
