“This is my 3rd shopping experience. 1st time, it wasn't great as 4 of the items were missing which were replaced by less desirable products. My first complaint wasn't recognised to satisfaction but the 2nd attempt was addressed by a different agent where I was better compensated and my family was able to enjoy the baked goods. Their feedback opened up my consideration for a subsequent order of baked goods. My 2nd order of chocs, snacks and non alcoholic beverage was delivered on time matching all of the correct contents. My 3rd order has yet to be delivered but I'm hoping that the same contents described on the website would be matched. I will be looking forward to my family's feedback again. So far, the experiences have been really good with accurate delivery times, prompt customer service and reasonable prices so hence, I am a returning customer. If my 3rd experience is also great, I will be excited to continue my orders here as there are many family celebrations that I would like to gift”

“I HAD A PORK PIE HAMPER AND AS A SEPARATE ORDER I HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CHOCOLATE CAKE!!! BOTH WERE ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS. SO MUCH SO, THAT I HAVE TODAY PLACED A FRESH PASTRY SELECTION ORDER!!! WELL DONE, 123 HAMPERS...IF I COULD HAVE MARKED YOU OUT OF TEN IT STILL WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN HIGH ENOUGH. THE FOOD IS NOT ONLY DELICIOUS - IT IS EXEMPLARY!”
