“After shopping around on net i decided to order from you as delivery was 7th May which i wanted. Guess what my daughter still hasn't received her gift. Royal Mail diverted delivery?? why? Its sitting in Birmingham not update. My daughter is going away 9th May for a week. So where are Royal Mail going to leave this b'day gift. Outside the house with edible's . Absolutely disgusted.”
