“I ordered a hamper for my daughter because she was unwell with covid and would not be able to visit us for Christmas as planned. Unfortunately it went astray in the post. After a phone call to 123 hampers they sorted it out and she received her hamper albeit a couple of days late. Good customer service and we were happy with the outcome. Mistakes happen and businesses are all struggling at this time. So no point slating the company when they resolved my query and it may not have been an error on their part , I think it went to the wrong sorting depot. I would recommend them again”

“Superb service. I placed 4 orders for 4 different deliveries and they all arrived on time with no issues. Website is well laid out and easy to use. The only thing I couldn’t do was place multiple deliveries on one order. The button didn’t work, so I had to place 4 separate orders. Very good overall”
