Easy to use web site. Not seen the flowers yet as only just ordered them. Shame web site doesn’t seem to accept Apple Pay ?? Had to use an alternative payment. Let’s see if the flowers arrive on time as promised.

Disappointing Experience. I recently ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday, expecting a beautiful arrangement as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I ordered the medium-sized bouquet, but it didn’t even come close to what was advertised. The arrangement looked much smaller and less vibrant than the one shown online. Given that I paid a premium price, I was expecting something much more impressive. It was a letdown, especially since it was for such an important occasion. I would think twice before ordering again.

Just a heads up to anyone who, like me, send flowers for an occasion and then has to change the date (just one hour after ordering) and/or the message. They say that once the delivery note has been issued they cannot change anything. Very strange in this computerised day and age, but there you go. Not a good service move but I hope the flowers are nice. (My friend was having surgery which was suddenly cancelled so i wanted to change the date of delivery)

Always found 123 flowers to be good quality and have good delivery, however make sure to check your cart as I’ve just had massive trouble trying to order flowers due to it automatically adding £5 pralines to the order without warning (only noticed when the checkout price was massively high). Seems like the website was trying to get me to spend more money without warning. Customer service responded quickly but with no solution that anyone wouldn’t have already done. A delete add on button should be made available on the website due to situations like this.

A nightmare site. Should have taken me a few minutes, but took considerably longer. Pralines, at £4.99, kept being added to my order and I kept restarting the whole process to get rid of them. I had to click the arrow to physically go down list and remove them. Shame on you, if you do this deliberately to get a further sale, hoping customers won't notice.

Flowers well wrapped in beautiful box for any occasion , The flowers were beautiful when arrived , I look well after flowers at any time as I love them but unfortunately the roses didn’t last very long had to throw them out within 2 days after delivery , I rate this 3 Stars, tried to send photo but not letting me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Process was a pain, no free delivery offered for only Saturday. So contacted CS no help, so opted for Friday as it was cheaper just to find out you can change the delivery again at checkout and get free delivery for Saturday (CS stated I had to go for Sunday for free delivery). Started a nightmare gonna have to be special to change my mind

Ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday including a vase. The flowers were very poor and not many of them and the vase was missing from the delivery. My friend was very disappointed as was I. All I was offered was a £10 voucher £4.99 for the vase. I shall never buy another flower from this company again. I wouldn’t give them any Stars
