Flowers came quickly but are crazily overpriced and look absoultey nothing like the photol. Would recommend buying in person instead.

So very disappointing to see what arrived in post compared to picture. Looked like garage forecourt quality. Not even close to the picture this was a replacement for the first bunch that arrived nearly dead and again not at all a match so we had hoped for better. At least with garage flowers you can see what you’re buying for a 5th of the cost . MUST DO BETTER 123 flowers. I gave you 2 stars for delivery which went well

Placed my order. Told I would receive a confirmation email when it was despatched. Never did. Didn't know who was delivering it and had no way of tracking it. Flowers were delivered. But I had no clue they had been. Found them under my garden table a week later. And they said it was because I didn't leave a phone number. But my number was on my account. Even though they said I'd receive an email. Wasted my money. Poor service. Will not use again. Only gave 2 stars because they actually did get delivered. Not happy. This was a Xmas present for my wife. Straight in the bin.

My sister sent me flowers for my birthday, the shimmering pink bouquet. It came by royally mail, I must admit well packed but the flowers had already started to droop and not as many as shown in the advert, I told her they were beautiful so aas not to disappoint. But they weren't. I would never use 123 flowers.

Delivery was on time a d easy to order. Great to be able to add a personalised card but the bouquet that arrived was very disappointing and not as pictured on this website. It had much fewer flowers and colours than shown. As it was a birthday present for my mum as I couldn't make it to see her on her actual birthday, I sadly won't be trusting this flower service again.

Very disheartened to see the “large” arrangement that was sent for my sisters milestone birthday. The only thing large about it was the container it arrived in. Delivery date was confirmed for the 7th & delivered on the 8th when she wasn’t even there, and there was no communication to advise that 7th delivery was problematic. What was shown was not what was delivered. Would not use again nor would I recommend.

The flowers are lovely but the website is eratic and unreliable. It has taken me a long time to place this order which is unneceassary and unhelpful.

I was very disappointed with the flowers id purchased for my mum. The bunch was alot smaller than i Expected to say it was supposed to be a large bunch. Not worth what i paid for at all I also thought they were going to be hand delivered via courier, this was not clear when i ordered them online, instead there were delivered by our postman in a box. The website looks great and inviting but unfortunately failed to match or meet expectations Im sorry to say i will not be ordering from 123 flowers again. Thanks

I ordered flowers for my daughter birthday flowers was awful very sparse, my daughter complained photo to show arrangements are nothing like the ones that arrived, fair to company they did offer replacement but daughter asked for plant instead which is to be delievered today hopefully

I found the service to be poor, I did not get an email to confirm they’d be delivered, then when I sent an email asking if that, no reply, I then had to wait over 20mins to speak to someone via the chat on their website to be told they can’t confirm delivery if you choose free delivery, I had to contact the person to check which ruined the surprise, really unimpressed and wouldn’t use again

A lot of the flowers were drooping dying and not acceptable. So disappointed as they were for my 86 year old Mum, for Mother's day. There were far less flowers than advertised.
