Ordered what looked like a lovely bunch of flowers in the photo. What i recieved was a bouquet of fillers and 3 flowers to which 1 was broken. Emailed the company to say they are the same flowers as I ordered. Will upload pictures so you can make you own judgement but they are not the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY ELSEWHERE.

The image shown on the website is a medium size as stated in the description. As you purchased the standard size, there are fewer stems in this. Please also note the flowers are still in bud. I ordered flowers for my friend in another city, received a confirmation of the order and did not worry anymore. the order was supposed to arrive on 8 March, but as it turned out, I checked my mail later and saw a letter that my order was delayed as a fraud, it is not clear for what reason? after that, my person was on holiday and surprise on her birthday was ruined. The customer service is generally terrible, they don't care about their customers At all. I don't recommend this horrible place to anyone

I ordered flowers for a friend who is poorly they should have arrived Saturday however they use Royal Mail for delivery who sent the flowers to the wrong depot so they arrived yesterday (Sunday) completely wrecked I would advise never to use this company !!!

Terrible service. Flowers ordered for a loved one's birthday never arrived although order was placed 2 days in advance. Why do you even offer 'next day delivery' when you can't even process an order that was placed 2 days in advance. Extremely disappointed and I am entitled to a refund. I will never use this florist again!!!

Completely wrong flowers delivered to me. I ordered pink and red flowers and I was delivered 4 small white flowers that are damaged and broken. Also the delivery was late

I paid £56.00 for flowers and chocolates that were delivered late and refused, and didn’t receive any compensation. So don’t believe that the expected delivery date on the order is the date that you will get them.

Flowers didn’t arrive. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday, and they weren’t delivered to the hotel we stayed in for the night. I contacted them this morning, to try and see if they could resend them to our house, as we’re not at the hotel anymore, and their suggestion was that I drive a 400 mile round trip to pick them up from the hotel!

Ordered a pink arrangement for £25 got a white arrangement smaller than the medium I paid for. Customer service useless.i have passed this onto PayPal to try and get some sort of refund as I have had to buy more flowers 😡

Terrible place, do never buy!!! Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my nan as we had just lost my great uncle. They turned up and they’re half dead, and look absolutely terrible! From what is shown on their website to what you receive, never order from here!! STAY AWAY

Delivered 2 days late. Flowers delivered looked nothing like picture on my confirmation of order . Customer services no help just repeated company policy which does help in individual cases. Following up complaint to consumers association as this company need to be reported

Ordered bunch of flowers. Paid extra for more flowers. What arrived was embarrassing. 3 roses and a few stems of little flowers still to bud. Contacted customer service who said that was the bunch I ordered and they won’t be doing anything about it. Don’t waste your time ordering from this site. What arrives is nothing like what the images are online. Total rip off!

I ordered my boyfriend flowers for Valentine's Day- on the website/login it showed it would arrive on time, but from their end it showed the 15th for some reason- I asked for help multiple times and for them to fix their error as it was on their end but they insisted that I was wrong despite me sending multiple pictures and evidence that it was to be delivered on the 14th. Customer service wasn’t helpful and refused to help me or correct their mistake. We won’t ever order from here again. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. The bouquet was expensive and they couldn’t even deliver it on time.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 14th February ordered these on 30th January wished I never bothered. For the money I paid may aswell gone to Tesco or something and got more the money very small looks big on the picture but very tiny in real life received confirmation of the order but never received an email to say they've been dispatched so ended up buying some on my way home from work and my wife preferred the ones I got on the way home to what was delivered simply because there was more and it was half the price. Completely a waste of money and never ordering from here again

I ordered the Peruvian Lily & Rose for my mothers birthday, the bouquet that I picked looked great on the website but I was absolutely shocked by what was delivered. What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered, most of the roses were damaged. I would not recommend using them.
