“Paid 22 pounds on 18th of November for delivery on 20th November. Flowers were delivered on 23rd November. Web site is not clear and user friendly about delivery options. Disappointing service.”

“FIND ANOTHER, DON'T USE THIS FLORIST When I looked for flowers online I found 123 Flowers who stated they had 7 day a week delivery which included Sunday. As it was our anniversary Sunday I ordered Flowers, Personalized Card and a Vase on Friday morning from them. Thinking it would be a nice surprise for my wife, but it was me who got the surprise, NO FLOWERS. There is no way I would ever buy a flower or anything else from this company. To my surprise when I looked up their rating they had a 40+ negative review. Guess I should have looked first. Shame on me. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FLORIST TO FIND ANOTHER”
