“The flowers were sent to my mum for Mother’s Day. She said they arrived looking very wilted but they picked up once put in water. It’s a shame they didn’t look good when delivered”

“Very pleased with the service . The flowers were a present, delivered to a friend. Royal mail kept me informed, so I knew exactly when they arrived.I will definitely use 123 again.”

“Floral bouquet order was made on the 9th of March for delivery on the 12th of March (day before Mother’s Day). Bouquet did not arrive and was advised that the courier had some issues after having to contact customer service. This completely ruined Mother’s Day! The offer of re-sending a bouquet for the 18th of March, when Mother’s Day had already past, is completely unacceptable! We will not be using this service again and will ensure to let family and friends know the appalling service provided.”

“Very Impressed with the communication and quality and packing of the flowers. My MIL commented how well they were packed compared to others that she received from a very well known supplier. So many tulips in the large bouquet that they had to be split into 2 vases! Definitely recommend”

“My mum reported that the flowers I'd ordered her were very well packed, keeping the flowers protected and stems moist. All flowers received in excellent condition, were plentiful and really healthy. Based on this would definitely order again.”

“Wonderful experience and excellent value for money. Beautiful flowers, carefully chosen and presented, arrived on time for my daughter's birthday. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout, including the time window in which the flowers would be delivered, which was extremely helpful. I also received notification that the flowers had been delivered, as scheduled. Peace of mind all around and I can confidently recommend 123 flowers.”
