“Process was a pain, no free delivery offered for only Saturday. So contacted CS no help, so opted for Friday as it was cheaper just to find out you can change the delivery again at checkout and get free delivery for Saturday (CS stated I had to go for Sunday for free delivery). Started a nightmare gonna have to be special to change my mind”

“I sent my Mum flowers for her birthday. This was the first time I used this company. So I wondered what the flowers would be like. She was really pleased with them when they arrived on 23rd February. Although the alstromeria had died, she still had plenty of flowers left on 12th March. I definitely recommend and have used 123Flowers again since. Keep up the good work.”

“I have been using 123 Flowers for four years now to send arrangements to my friends in the UK. There has never been a delivery issue but one bouquet was not up to snuff it was nothing like I had ordered and had very few stems of flowers even though I had paid for a larger bunch. All other times were fine however even though the arrangements can vary greatly from your choice on the website.”
