“I ordered some flowers for my cousin's birthday which didn't arrive - I was really disappointed for her but began to question what had happened. The payment wasn't on my bank statement so I checked my web browser and though I must have gone through every step up to the payment screen, I must have not realised when the green tick comes up, that I still had to hit the button marked confirm and pay, so I exited the website without making this last crucial step. I wonder if others have done this too? Perhaps there is a way to make this much more obvious on the payment page? many thanks”

“Every year, thanks to this florist, I can send a bouquet of flowers to a family friend for her birthday. She lives far away and we haven't seen each other for several years thanks to you I can please her once a year. Thank you”

“I originally used a different supplier which was poor, I send flowers to some of my poorly and military family members who have passed away so tried 123 flowers and after many times of using this service I have received lots of messages back saying the flowers were beautiful, so I have used 123 flowers ever since well done keep it up.”
