“I was rather apprehensive of using a new online company since my mum had just been diagnosed with a progressive condition and I want to show her how brave she has been. How lovely to be told that the flowers were beautiful and healthy, indeed they last many weeks. This is now my ‘go to’ site and just ordered Mother’s Day flowers.”

“Delivered on the wrong date, and because no one was in they dumped them in the back garden. Customer service couldn't care less and after several e mails back and forward they gave me a discount to re-purchase, which I have used. So let's see if they get it right this time.”

“Ordered for friends birthday last friday 4th of march, never recieved them till today 10th of march and that was after many emails, what i ordered and what she recieved are 100 miles apart in looks. Never order from 123 flowers the're a disgrace!!”

“The order was not delivered. Soon after I sent my order through, I went on vacation. Upon my return on 9th March I phoned the friends who the flowers were sent to on Feb.9th and was told they never received my flowers. I contacted 123flowers and was told I had not added ‘track delivery’ Over the years I have sent many bouquets and this is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience.”
