“Terrible service. I scheduled a delivery well before time flowers still arrived late. And their response was less than apologetic. I can’t remember the last time I had such a bad experience buying online.”

“We ordered a bunch of 100 double-flowering daffodils for two of our friends about 4.30pm on the Wednesday evening, requesting delivery to please be made the following day. We were shocked to be told that they arrived on that Thursday BEFORE noon. Our friends told us that the flowers were beautiful and they had put them in three large vases in the house. They were very pleased with them. Obviously we have not seen the flowers but we are more than happy with the serice provided and would recommend 123 Flowers. We did not ask our friends to physically count to check there were 100 flowers but we would guess there would be.!! Thanks again.”

“It is difficult to order several different bunches of flowers to be sent to the same address. This is the second time I have tried. In the end I ordered 2 bunches of the same flower mix. Disappointing. Hope you can fix this as your flowers have been very good. 07970 773095”

“I ordered the large,Blush Bouquet as a surprise for my Sister. She loves them & couldn't believe how many they were! The Rose's filled 2 of her large vases & 1 medium! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the photo shows a bouquet, not letter box flowers. It might be my mistake..but I hoped it was a bouquet as pictured. I'd definitely order again. Great prompt service and lovely website.”

“beautiful plant I would definitely use 123 Flowers again. Because it went to the small island of Sark in the Channel Islands with no damage. She sent me a photo of it, she was so pleased.”

“Used twice now, both times recipient's have loved the flowers, the second was delivered next day!, have used a big online flower company before and very disappointed with results. This company restores some faith in the unknown companies you have never heard of before in the online minefield.. Personally now I dont think I will go anywhere else for flowers, and hoping more can be added to the range for even more gifts to buy and send..”

“Very easy to place an order, choices of various size of bouquets and all sizes very generous. Delivery was as stated before ordering and delivered in excellent condition. Photo shows just a small amount of the flowers delivered as I split them into 3 bunches 2 days after as they bloomed so much I had no choice but to change vases.”
