“Worked out well. The recipient was delighted. For my part, I was a bit nervous with logging on to Royal Mail to track my gift because I already had an account with Royal Mail for another of their Services which seemed to complicate the option to log on to Track this gift. I felt that I just had to wait for the recipient's delivery confirmation to protect my other account with Royal Mail. At the end of the day everyone was pleased with the Service and quality of the gift.”

“I ordered flowers for my daughter birthday flowers was awful very sparse, my daughter complained photo to show arrangements are nothing like the ones that arrived, fair to company they did offer replacement but daughter asked for plant instead which is to be delievered today hopefully”

“I mean I’m not sure where to start to be honest, the flowers when received were too tall for the box they were delivered in but the packer didn’t seem to care so multiple flowers were essentially deadheaded. I’m not sure if this is a 123 flowers problems as I’m not sure the association with prestige flowers (the flowers had their logo). Things didn’t get much better, I made the mistake of ordering the double flowering lilies as I had never seen them before and I now know why. Such hideously malformed flowers, the stamen part of the flower is weirdly embedded randomly through some petals for some weird look. This look certainly hasn’t been aided with a horrible blown colour that has begun to randomly effect the bouquet. I’d understand after roughly two weeks if it was a case of simply end of the line but considering half the bunch haven’t bloomed and some are obtaining the brown taint. I’d guess it was a flower issue. I had hoped to include the worst of the brown problem the recipient cut off some of the problem areas. It’s embarrassing to think I gave these flowers as a gift. For the pictures the brown seems to be what’s happening to most but at varying stages. The other picture is an example of the flower interior... which is just a mess and make no sense.”

“The flowers arrived as I had requested in bud Alstromerier on time. My friend is thrilled they were in excellent condition on arrival and have just started to open now. The lady who received them is very pleased. I have had a problem before on sending flowers and chocolate not arriving so 123 Flowers are top of my list in future. Thank you”
