“I had mothers day flowers delivered on the Saturday before mothering Sunday. They arrived with the card and chocolates that I ordered. I paid nearly 50 pounds for them. 2 days later the flowers were nearly dead and only 2 of the lillies opened. My mum and myself were so very disappointed . I wrote 3 emails to the company but did not receive a response . Shocking !!!”

“Don't order from them. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day, delivered the Friday after!!! Agreed to upgrade as compensation yet arrived with no upgrade. Stressful upsetting experience.”
