“I ordered a bunch of Roses 1 week before the delivery date for a birthday. It was supposed to be a surprise but nothing was delivered. I contacted this company via Facebook as there is no contact number and I was told that they will arrive before 6pm. I waited in all day for this delivery and because of the occasion needed them on this specific day not the week after. Very disappointed in the overall service and would nit recommend due to this.”

“A request was specifically made to have these flowers delivered on Friday. The did not arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The order was made in good time so no excuse for late delivery. Ver disappointed.”

“They were a present for my disabled sister She got her husband to phone me and said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and that my sister was delighted ! Although I never got to see the flowers it seems that the service was perfect and the flowers were well worth buying ! Will certainly use 123 flowers again .”
