“Mum was delighted with her Mother’s Day flowers and remarked on how fresh they were. When I ordered I was given the option of Sunday as delivery day, which I chose so they would arrive on the day. They arrived “on time”, but were delivered 2 days before on the Friday. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. With the flowers I have no complaints, and good to know how fresh they were on delivery. I will definitely use 123 Flowers again and happily recommend them.”

“Tracked with Royal Mail who totally left my mother without her flowers ordered 5 days early to arrive 2 days early as there is no Sunday delivery not 123 flowers fault courier tracking shows 2 misdirect posting to 2 main delivery points Royal Mail sucks flowers will probably be dead by Monday’s delivery 😡 hopefully 123 flowers will redeem theirselves ? More to follow”

“Wasn’t impressed, a skinny bunch of flowers were delivered for £20, feel abit scammed to be honest. Would expect much more - could buy a thicker bunch from a supermarket for less than £5!!”

“The flowers were for a friend who had just been discharged from hospital following a serious operation. Her verdict was one of absolute joy, the flowers were fresh and in excellent condition. We thought the flowers were very reasonably priced and will definitely use the service again.”
