“Do not wast you’re money ordering with these! Only given 1 star as I couldn’t give ZERO. Delivery 5 Days late, couldn’t get through to anyone and when I did (nearly 3 weeks later) customer service was terrible, just didn’t want to know. Avoid these, save yourself money and stress!”

“Avoid avoid avoid. Flowers arrived over 7 days late.only after I was chasing them up! Phones were down and not very helpful costumer service. Don’t waste your money. I expected a larger Bouquet as I’ve paid for the large one.”

“Ordered for a 90th Birthday gift, the free card and card vase meant it was easy for my great auntie to display her flowers straight away. I don't live in the same country as her and have used 123 flowers many times before. It was easy to pick my day for delivery and knew she was getting a high-quality bunch of flowers. Highly recommend!”

“Next day delivery but how about no delivery or update? No response to emails or messenger all automated robots. Phone number doesn’t work either. Don’t use this company. Wanting a refund so I can order from somewhere reliable but no response to that either so looking like getting my back involved”

“I bought a plant for a friend as a thank you for helping my daughter and it arrived half dead. I was told flowers and plants are sent out fresh, but clearly that was not the case. The friend didn’t want to hurt my feelings or cause any trouble, so she didn’t tell me. Since I found out and complained more than 7 days after she received it, the company refuse to send a fresh one. I won’t buy from this site in the future as the quality is substandard 😑”
