We ordered flowers 10 days ago for my mother in law’s birthday…..they still haven’t arrived. Very poor service (123 blame Royal Mail….).

Will not buy from here again false advertising show you pictures not what you get delivered think must magnify pictures also the basket wasn’t the one shown in there picture to one that was received £35 which was a gift for my mother the plant is like something get out a supermarket for £5 disgrace

I am not sure if these are all fake reviews or if the service has degraded recently but there is absolutely no resemblance between what is advertised and what I received. Incredibly disappointed ... I will now have to go and buy another bouquet from a real shop because if I offer these to my wife for her birthday today, I will undoubtedly lose some body parts ... such a waste of money!!

The only good thing is the delivery on time. The flowers look terrible. I have never used this company in my life, this is the first and last time. I am very disappointed. I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday, how can you give such flowers as a gift. And did the florist have eyes at all. How is this possible, just a shock. This is not a bouquet, but rubbish

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers online for my sisters funeral. I paid extra to receive the flowers ONTIME. I was provided with tracking link. The flowers were never received. This caused a lot of stress for me on my sisters funeral day. Stress that was not needed on such a day. I contacted 123 flowers and was told they can provide a replacement as goods were delivered! They were not received! The funeral has gone my sisters burial was in London I live in Birmingham. Therefore a replacement is NO GOOD. I was also told I cannot receive a refund! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Half of them were dead and the heads fell off before reaching the vase. Emailed customer service and they wouldn’t help nor send another bunch. Daylight robbery

I purchased nature's best to cheer my daughter in law up after she spent the night in hospital. My thoughts were it is always nice to receive flowers. I went round the next day and couldn't believe what had been sent. It was a bunch of branches (image provided of what was received along with image of what was advertised on website). Even my husband was disgusted. Also these came in a box, letter box flowers when I expected a bouquet but I really wouldn't have minded if they were nice. Very disappointed and under the circumstances request a full refund. Also left on neighbours doorstep when number was clearly stated.

Ordered Peruvian bouquet and yes delivered promptly the next day. What was received was a small bunch of roses ?? very disappointed as this was just a small get well wish for my sick friend. I asked her to send me a photo as was surprised she thanked me for the roses ? it was supposed to be a much larger mixed bunch of flowers. I complained and received a prompt response saying there was nothing wrong with them and to peel the outer leaves of the roses !, I know how to look after roses, I have a garden full of them.

Absolutely shocked by the bouquet my mum received for her birthday ! Paid 10 extra for a large bouquet and what we recieved was something you would get for 6 pound from a petrol station.. disgusting and awaiting contact to discuss this

I have ordered a medium size bouquet for extra £5. What I have got is not even half of the size advertised on the website. I have contacted customer support and was told it is the exact same. I have included side by side comparison for people to see. I have also payed extra for special delivery with txt message updates and didn't get any of it. Customer support have blamed it on RM. Overall absolutely disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be using again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with 123Flowers. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, expecting a beautiful surprise. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the flowers arrived three days late, which ruined the surprise. When they finally arrived, they were in an appalling state—crushed, wilted, and without water. They looked nothing like what I ordered or what was shown on the website. The quality was abysmal. Customer service was dismissive despite the photographic evidence I provided. They insisted there was no quality issue and offered a mere £10 credit, which I rejected because I won't order from them again. They claimed their florist manager saw no issues and mentioned they sometimes use replacements, offering no refund. After escalating to PayPal, the retailer emailed me asking to close the case, stating they could not offer a solution while a case was open with PayPal. Since I knew they wouldn't take any action if I closed the case, I continued communicating with them through PayPal. Suddenly, they changed their stance and claimed a mistake was made in packing the incorrect bouquet. Despite this admission, they still didn’t offer a refund and insisted on sending another bouquet or gift. I didn't want any replacement or further dealings with this company. I further escalated the issue to PayPal, as I didn’t want any replacement or further dealings with this company. After that conversation PayPal refunded me within 10 minutes. Please don't waste your energy and dispute it directly with your bank or PayPal if you encounter a similar problem. I spent two weeks in frustrating communication back and forth. This level of customer service is unacceptable. They prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to steer clear. Find a more reputable florist to avoid disappointment.

Well the flowers were not delivered today for my mum's 80th birthday, im gutted. I have no clue where they are. I paid extra for tracking and never got the tracking. There's no-one to answer calls on Sunday, their webchat is a robot. It's the same as being scammed. It was supposed to be a lovely surprise and end up to be stressful. Now I'm going to have to spend my time tomorrow ringing, and I certainly want a full refund. Don't use 123-flowers.

I have been trying to find out if my order has been delivered to my lovely friend in France for her birthday. The only way I can find to contact someone is through a chat bot which doesn’t recognise my order and the site isn’t recognising my email and password to my account!!! I did originally get two emails to confirm my account and my order and my money has left my bank!!! I’m extremely frustrated and would like someone to contact me asap please.

I ordered a "Medium" bouquet for £25 as a treat for myself and was really excited about receiving a "lush bouquet" as depicted in the photo on their site. What arrived was an extremely sad looking, sparse bunch of wilting blooms that nobody would agree to be a "medium sized bouquet". £25 is a lot of money and I wish I had just got some from Tesco that would've been so much nicer. I feel ripped-off ......

Awful service. Avoid!! I used them for the first time to order a large bunch of peonies and chocolates to a relative going through a difficult time. Only to find out they sent a horrible bunch of flowers (mainly carnations) with no chocolates. Luckily the relative sent a photo, otherwise i wouldn't have known. Use interflora.. or anyone else!

Extremely Disappointed – False Advertising and Poor Customer Service (and I'm not the only one!) I recently purchased a bouquet called "Out of the Woods" in the large size from 123 Flowers for a very special occasion - the anniversary of my Dad's passing. This was meant to be a comforting gesture for my Mum on a difficult day. What was received was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience: Misleading Advertisement: The bouquet advertised on the website showed an abundant, vibrant arrangement even in the medium size. The description explicitly mentioned that the medium size was illustrated. (also to note they have since removed this reference on their product description as showing the medium flower arrangement, possibly so when you order you have no reference or nothing to compare on what you're getting) Expecting something even more impressive, I opted for the large version. However, what my Mum received was nowhere near the depicted arrangement. It lacked the volume, quality, and overall aesthetic promised. Comparison Evidence: Below are the photos for comparison: It's clear from these images that the bouquet delivered was not only sparse but also of noticeably lower quality. There were fewer flowers, and the arrangement lacked the lushness shown online. Customer Service Disappointment: After raising a complaint, the response from their customer service was dismissive. Despite the photographic evidence, the florist manager claimed there were no quality issues and that the correct size was delivered. I was offered a mere £10 credit, which feels insulting considering the £40 spent on a subpar product. I replied, highlighting the obvious discrepancy and expressing my dissatisfaction with their proposed resolution. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they stood by their initial assessment and suggested I dispute the payment with my card provider if I was not satisfied. Final Thoughts: Product Quality: 1/5 – The bouquet delivered was not worth the money spent and was significantly different from what was advertised. Customer Service: 1/5 – Unhelpful and dismissive. The response lacked any genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Value for Money: 1/5 – For £40, the bouquet was not just underwhelming but also felt ripped off compared to what was promised. In summary, my experience with 123Flowers has been extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver what was advertised and handled my complaint poorly. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and quality flower arrangements. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The flowers were ordered for a sick relative and the flowers they received were nothing like I ordered. They were limp and only about 6 droopy flowers with loads of foliage. Not at all attractive and very small, nothing like what I ordered. As I only found out more than 3 days after they received them, no refund was offered and a £10 voucher offered which I declined because I will never spend my money there again. Very dissapointed.
