“I placed and paid for the enclosed order for valentine's day, 12 Red Roses (£39.00) Delivery Charge: £2.95 Delivery Date: 2021-02-13 Addons: Card Vase The flowers delivered were the most miserable flowers that i have ever seen. Needless to say it ruined the day. The flowers arrived dry with the rose burnt out and almost falling off the stalk. The price is atrocious and i complained and asked for a refund but never got a response back from 123 flower. I wonder how many other unsuspecting customer have fallen foul of the beautifully presented charade on its website. This is a complete scam. I will warn customers to stay away!!!!!!!!”

“First time I have used anything like this for flowers. My friend loved the flowers! First class service. Would have given 5 stars but the cardboard vase was a bit battered. Maybe me just being a bit fussy I suppose. Would use again.”
