"They sent me the wrong flowers and claimed they have the right to substitute for different ones.\r\nThe substitute however are a different colour and there are less flowers than shown. \r\nIf you want to order flowers avoid at all costs as you will not receive what you ordered and then the customer service will claim they look so different."
