“Amazing prices for such stunning bouquets! Huge selection of occasion cards to choose from. Being able to add my own message to the front as well as inside is wonderful. The ordering process was so simple too. I would highly recommend 123 Flowers to anyone.”

“Ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday including a vase. The flowers were very poor and not many of them and the vase was missing from the delivery. My friend was very disappointed as was I. All I was offered was a £10 voucher £4.99 for the vase. I shall never buy another flower from this company again. I wouldn’t give them any Stars”

“Disappointing not usually one to complain: Having purchased a bouquet of flowers for our Aunts 80th on Tuesday for her birthday then they were delivered the day after. This is not what I paid for. I asked if they could send a bottle of wine to my Aunt to apologise or a posey of flowers they replied no. Offering a teddy or chocolates. She can't eat chocolates (health reasons) and a teddy is not appropriate for her. I've now ended up with a voucher for £10 that I have to spend over £29.00 and postage before before I receive. Seems a bit crazy to me. Not impressed.”
