“I was very impressed with 123 Flowers not having used them before. It was straightforward to order and put in the recipient’s address, (I have had a company send the flowers to my address before now!). The flowers were fresh and beautiful, just like the photo and delivered promptly in good condition! I was kept advised of progress and delivery. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others!”

“Ordered flowers for my Mum on Mother’s Day. Ordered on the Wednesday and it’s now the following Wednesday and she’s still not received them. I emailed yesterday and nothing!”

“This is now my 'go to' Flower shop, 2nd order in and it was easy and simple. The website is clean and attractive with much choice from bouquets to sausage roll gifts!! Thanks for being helpful on the chatroom, but I did lose the introduce a friend offer (Now £7.50) so introduced a new friend. Chat lady Danielle did give me a number to get 10%. It is great there are some flower bundles that are in my price range so will order more than I would from other online florists.”

“First-time purchase from 123 flowers for Mother's Day. Always a little trepidation when buying something so personal, not knowing what you will be getting. I was more than pleased with the quality & quantity of the bouquet & chocs. More importantly, so was my mother. Also all at a very reasonable price and delivered on time. I will certainly be revisiting 123 flowers in the future.”

“Absolutely disgusting, my order has not been delivered. Iv emailed 123 flowers several times & not heard a word back from them. Im fuming as was a mothers day gift, & now this ? Thay ask me to write a review lol wot a joke this company are, iv asked for a full refund & not had any response what so ever, I will not use this company ever again, so please think about it befor you order.”
