“These flowers were for my Daughter in law, she has just given birth to our gorgeous grandson. She was thrilled to receive them and says she would say 10/10 for presentation and flower condition”

“Although I haven’t had a free sailing for my last 3 orders in a month, the customer service was good. Therefore I will wait and see if the replacement be delivered soon in a good condition. I understand it’s the fault of the delivery person/company but 123 flowers should make sure they are using a professional company that they can rely on and won’t damage their reputation.”
