“My First order was for my Nan, we got the birthday bundle witch was beautiful and 2 extras a vase and tea cake set it was beautiful and come on time 💐 I have just made a second order for my mums birthday for a large rainbow bouquet and a bottle of white wine expected to coke this Tuesday and I cannot wait 🤩”

“I'm in usa just now so find the 123 flowers really a great price and easy to use website so I can send flowers to my mum in the UK to cheer her up while I'm away, it's fast delivery and I like that delivery was free aswell as all helps, thanks”

“very bad service royal mail in error failed to deliver the flowers due today for my daughters bday. 123 flowers have said i cannot receive a refund. i have attempted delivery for monday, but unlikely i will be home, and my daughters bday is today! I need my refund, this is royal mails error not mine! complete swindlers”
