On collection of the car, there was an under staffed garage with lots of customers waiting for the lady Donna in Nottingham was very helpful and did her best to serve us all as best she could under all of the stress. “Good booking system and speedy collection at airport. Small problem with getting a Sat Nav but quickly remedied by Europecar at collection point. The staff were very helpful. Returned car in early hours of the morning so key drop worked well but have not had any confirmation of return and that everything is OK with car, but assume that delay is because of holiday period”

“Hiring cars is a minefield and 121 helps the process considerably. One of the best aspects is the free cancellation process. Often when the conditions of contract are received from the car supplier it turns out to be not such a good deal so you can cancel and start again. Sounds a bit negative but 121 is a really good support in the process. Above all read the contract and look especially at fuel conditions; and whether the car supplier reserves the excess amount on your card or actually charges the amount and refunds it later!!!!”
