“I had reserved a car and recievied confirmation email and booking documents. On arrival at Brno airport no agent was available, and there was no car hire desk for the agent Dollar. Consequently no car, i tried the contact number but only recieved a recorded message, I then phoned 121 and spoke to customer service he advised that i should make my own hire arrangements.”

Once in the Mini bus to be transported to the pick up unit the driver was pleasant, polite, very informative on making us feel at home when returning the car. He showed tremendous care with our luggage. The check in system was easy, helpful, very informative and again done with professionalism. On return to drop off the car, the Agent came in a few minutes early to ensure I would meet my commitments at the airport. Everything was done to my, not there, satisfaction. I have travelled the world and have never in Spain, America, Portugal Africa Middle East, far east received such good service. Well done.”
