“Car hire is very easy for booking, the one problem they don't have car show in picture that time I book car, they give us what ever they have in parking lot, but they did give me car full size that I book for it. I'm happy and will book with car hire again on my next trip to Florida.”
“Booking car was a pain a the hotel with a long wait due to only 1 rep at the desk initially although a second rep appeared a little later.
I had paid extra for a sat nav but this proved unnecessary since the (upgraded) car already had one installed. There was no mention of a refund however.

Very pleased to have an upgrade on my vehicle choice and the drop off and pick up points in Inverness are very close to the terminal which is a big plus with baggage to carry.”
“The price included a zero damage excess (unusual for South Africa), which made the price and hire attractive. It didn't include windscreen or glass damage but that is usually a cheap add-on at the rental desk. The booking stated that this was a hire where you pay for a full tank of fuel upfront and are expected to bring the car back empty, but in fact the process is that they fill the tank on return and bill you for what is used at pump prices - excellent. Both collection and return were efficient, with little delay and the car suited our requirements. On this basis I would recommend First Car Hire.”
“quick and easy although i was flying to and from gatwick north and pick up/drop off was at south terminal, no real problem but added 15 minutes to timings. Also only one member of Eoropcar team knew how to complete 121 on system so a bit of a delay. Otherwise good value, good car and good service”
“Picked up car at Murcia Airport from Centauro....paid extra for extra driver,fuel and returning to different airport as l expected....car very clean and returned to Alicante without any mishaps...overall found Centauro staff very pleasant and no complaints!”
“Website, car, car collection and drop off were all good. Price was competitive. The only drawback is the insistence of counter staff to try to sell you expensive upgrades and extra insurance. In my case the 'upgrade' would have been an expensive downgrade!”
