“The deal secured on both occasions when i used the site was superb, however i felt Alamo on both occasions were quick to upgrade me or have issues with the availability and I paid more than twice what i had booked on both cars!! It is not a full compliant as i upgraded willingly but it made me wonder if the deals you book are actually available once you get there...”

“121 were great, the supplier, OK Renatcar in Palma were slow at the point of collection, not enough staff coupled with it been the busiest time of year, however the value for money made up for it, wouldn't hesitate in using 121 again.”
“Very satisfied with car and service. Pick up and stop off excellent. Would be nice to have insurance packaged in without having to get extra with 'questor'. Car supplier didn't seem aware of insurance details. I would have felt more comfortable knowing that my car supplier was fully aware of my insurance policy in its entirety.

“Rented a car in Reykjavik. Usual simple booking process, competitive prices applied. Got a rental from Firefly which in Reykjavik was basically Hertz with no in-terminal service — had to walk the 5 minutes to the rental drop-off/pick-up outside. Fortunately weather was decent. Enjoyed the good customer service, and supportive and reasonable staff that upgraded me to a 4x4 that made my trip to Iceland that much more enjoyable.”
“The service was very good no issues with picking up the car. However I took up the insurance on line only to find the desk said that if we returned the car with the slightest mark on it we would be liable for the full £1,200 excess and said if we took their insurance it would only cost just over £100 excess for any damage caused. We therefore took up their insurance at Eurocar. It seems to me that the information given is very misleading either on your paper work or the desk at the Northern Ireland City Airport. We had no other problem with the car or anything else to do with the hire.. We are assuming that nothing was wrong with the car as we were not asked to check it with anyone on its return. Perhaps that was our fault and we should have insisted as far as were concerned we returned the car in the same condition as we accepted it.”
