Upon further investigation, I can see the parcel has not been scanned for over 10 days which indicates it has unfortunately gone missing in transit. “Very good pads for basic pad work hooks, uppercuts, rolls and finding angels. solid material that takes the shock and protects hands. Unfortonality not very divers can not get snaps when throwing jabs and crosses.”

“Ordered a set of dumbbells that regrettably went missing in transit. Raised it with their customer service team and it was immediately resolved and a replacement sent via a different courier! 24hrs later it arrived! Fantastic service and would certainly recommend them. Product is great too!!”

“My delivery problem was very quickly dealt with by Bytomic The courier gave two hour slot..I couldn’t make. I then tried Evri system to use safe place and it was stuck on ‘neighbour’ I wanted another choice ..no update on next deliver date until the actual day! Would be useful if they let you know the day before However the problems I had were courier related not Bytomic the staff on email were very efficient. Thank you”

“About the belts everything ok, good manifacture. Unfortunately shipping outside UK has become very expensive after brexit with border charges gone up incredibly. This means it's been my only purchase.”
