“We had bought blinds from them before. I had doubts about a change of available colours since that purchase as we needed to buy matching blinds. I was contacted and told that the same colour was available but had a different name. Once I made the order, the blind arrived within a few days and fitted perfectly. However, in future I will ask for samples to make absolutely certain they match.”

“The customer service is absolutely excellent. I needed to make a change to my order and feared it would not be possible. I had placed my order late one evening and contacted Blinds Direct Online the next day. They were very obliging and sent me a revised order acknowledgment.
