“Blinds were great, no communication, no tracking for deliveries and message on phone says to email , email was just auto reply saying order was completed when the last part hadn’t been delivered. Not good if you are working or otherwise busy and have no idea when they are supposed to arrive . For this reason will not use again which is a shame as the product is very good.”

“I just got the samples, they looks great. But the size is too big for using that slat. And the colour of the smaller slat seems not suitable for my living room. And finally I find a standard size which can fit my window, so I haven’t bought the blinds from Blinds Direct. But they should be good. The delivery of the samples are fast.”

“Great black out blind. . Value for money, easy to fit and looks good. The blind was fitted within 5 minutes as it was a no drill blind - just twist the end and done! Perfect fit. Video obstruct ery helpful re measuring and installation. Would buy again”

This is because we can't anticipate the type of material that a customer may want to drill into and, as a result, don't want to supply a screw that is not fit for purpose. Additionally, we're sorry you feel the quality of your blinds is lacking. We use the highest quality components we can source across Europe, and all our blinds are manufactured on-site with rigorous quality controls.
