“Ordered blinds for second time this year.Easy to measure with imperial or metric choices.They arrived within 3 days.This time fastened them to my landing window frame which was very easy. Impressed with the service and the prices. Will definately be ordering more as the rooms are decorated.”

“The blind we purchased was excellent and fitted the window perfectly. It has added the fishing touch to our new kitchen. It is extremely well made and is effortless to raise and lower, feels so light unlike the heavy wooden ones we had in our old home, as the window is large (8' X 4')The price surprised me greatly, but the quality was as good if not better than a blind at more than twice the price on other sites. I would highly recommend this company 10/10. Outstanding delivery and product.”

“I rather stupidly purchased one blind and a few minutes later a second, not realizing that if I bundled them into one order Blinds Direct would only make one delivery charge. I kicked myself, but it was my error so I just forgot about it. I was pleasantly surprised when customer service emailed me to say they had refunded the second delivery charge and the two orders would be delivered as one consignment. Service beyond the call of duty, well done. What is more the blinds arrived ahead of schedule. Blinds Direct have assured themselves of repeat orders from me when next I need blinds.”

“Im very pleased I came across this site while searching for made to measure blinds. Had a quote from a blind fitter for the same style but his price was way higher, So was unsure how these would look when arrived with being alot cheaper than I was quoted from him, To be honest they better than the ones he shown me. I have to say I'm impressed, They are perfect..Very easy to install. Look more expensive than they actually were, Have already recommended to family, Will definitely be buying from here again in the future.”

“All blinds were good but I do find the delivery part poor. I asked for a telephone call 1 hour before, so I ensured I was in, but no call. I also said, if not in put behind side gate, they were not left but taken back to the TNT depot 35 miles away. I have got used to companies texting me the day before with a 2 hour window, some even have the facility to show where the driver is and a specific expected delivery time. Having to be in from 8:00am to 6:00pm is old hat in this day and age.”

“Ordered my blinds and one came slightly damaged due to transit I think. Contacted Blinds Direct who swiftly organised a replacement. I was dubious about ordering as the price was unbelievable good, but l need not have worried as the blinds were fantastic for the price and the quality was superb Would highly recommend this company again and again.
