“The actual blind is very nice and the quality that we expected. The delivery arrangements were extremely poor and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Dealing with the outsourced courier was time consuming and frustration but Blinds Direct customer service stepped and we go it eventually.”

“Outstanding communication and has restored my faith in humanity. I miscalculated the measurements of the blind when ordering so they sent me the right size blind within days of sending an email. I had also ordered the wrong size brackets, which they corrected for me all free of charge. I will most definitely use this company again! The blinds look amazing and we're easy to fit. Thank you so much!”
