“Overall good quality and easy to install. No instructions supplied so use your prior knowledge with other blinds companies. String and chain are too long for drop of blind supplied - dangles on window cill. Assumption is that the blinds aren’t to be installed where children might be present, so the chain and strings are not wall secured to avoid strangulation.”

“Product as described and quality good, my measurements correlated perfectly with the blind received. The only reason I've not given 5* is because the blind arrived without any fitting instructions – took me a while to work out how the two brackets should be affixed to the window reveal and in turn how to fix the top of the blind to the brackets, just a simple diagram would be perfect.”

“Very happy with the blind. As I imagined and at cost effective price. Delivery was within several days which was good too. I found the online process a little confusing but got there in the end after a call to clarify I had done it right. I also thought a text message or email to advise anticipated delivery would have been reassauring too. Overall very happy though.”

“Fantastic quality for what you pay. My only downside is they came 1cm too big,which meant I had to purchase tools to cut to size but easy enough to do”

“The blinds are lovely and look good. The fitting was not as simple as the on line instructions made it seem. Service from Blind Direct excellent. Delivery service poor no time span given, when they arrived they were left on the ground outside in the pouring rain, when I checked the tracking site it said signed, we did not, only knew he had been when we saw the back of the van when it drove off.”

“The perfect fit blinds are fantastic, they came well packaged and look amazing, measuring guide was easy to follow and my blinds fit perfectly. Only reason i have given 4 stars instead of 5 is down to communication. It was 8 days before i received any correspondance, no updates on delivery, couldnt get through to anyone on the phone. However i would definitely use them again as the blinds are great.”

“Good price. Pretty good quality. The measurements are fairly accurate for exact fit. But there was a minor break on 1 of the chain pulls, the first order we had the packaging was damaged. It is extremely difficult getting in touch with anyone to talk to in terms of customer service, advice or complaints. This is my main problem. It is such a shame as I really love the blinds they make.”

“Blinds are perfect, and the colour match is great, as it's hard to tell on an Internet image sometimes. My only complaint is communication was the best, I emailed the company 3 times with no response at all. I didn't receive any confirmation email re my order. The only email I received was from sage pay, who said my order had gone through. After a week, blinds still weren't here, hence why I emailed the company through their website and didn't get a response. But that said, It wouldn't stop me ordering again, the prices are really good and good quality blinds.”
