“I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any screws/raw plugs, etc to put up my new blind. For what I paid, surely you could include these items.”

“I like the blinds,shape,colour easily fitted. However I did not know that it woulld be so much lighter than the much older blind that I had to replace. I would buy them again when I need to”

“We had bought blinds from them before. I had doubts about a change of available colours since that purchase as we needed to buy matching blinds. I was contacted and told that the same colour was available but had a different name. Once I made the order, the blind arrived within a few days and fitted perfectly. However, in future I will ask for samples to make absolutely certain they match.”

“Nice enough blinds. Good value for the money. Small gripe you give them the exact size but they deduct 5mm for tolerance. WHY? Blinds came damaged due to carelessness by courier but must say James at Blinds Direct apologised and said they would replace damaged blind as soon as.”

“I would have given 5 stars had BD not used DX to deliver the blinds. Of the four boxes that arrived, three had one end torn away withe blind exposed. BD were very quick to offer to replace any damaged blinds and were keen to resolve any issues so maybe I should have given them 5 stars.”

“Really happy with the Perfect Fit venetian blind which was considerably cheaper than other websites. Quick delivery and good communication from start to finish. It took a long time to figure out how the frame fitted together. Photographic step by step instructions or a video on the website would have made it much easier and less frustrating (and I would have given five stars) :-)”

“Good service, nice, easy to fit blinds. Deliver communication could have been better. My vertical blinds were delivered as two separate deliveries, vanes in 1 delivery, headrail track as another, thought I had ordered incorrectly at first. But I would recommend to family & friends.”

“Blinds are definately value for money only gripe was no screws in pack and one of my blinds the thing to open and clise blind did not have a hook to attach luckily it was for bathroom so don't need them closed”

“Having previously ordered blinds i expected the colour to be the same however there is a definite difference in the colour of the new set I just ordered. As regards the fitting it is easy as always however assembly was slightly more difficult to previous sets i ordered, due to cords being wrapped around each other. Email support from James was great though in understanding how to solve the issue”
