“Purchased ThermoCell Blackout White blinds and the controls on these are horrible, impossible to close/open the blinds. Also, the rawl/wall plugs that are included are not good enough to hold the weight of the blinds (especially if you have plasterboard walls), the brackets get loose and can fall of.”

“Overall good quality and easy to install. No instructions supplied so use your prior knowledge with other blinds companies. String and chain are too long for drop of blind supplied - dangles on window cill. Assumption is that the blinds aren’t to be installed where children might be present, so the chain and strings are not wall secured to avoid strangulation.”

“Super pleased with my blinds, bought for the bottom half of a bay window to bring some privacy and couldn't have asked for more. Was quoted from a local company 4x the price and glad I shopped around online. Perfect measurement recommendations so the order was spot on and a super quick delivery for made to measure. “great blinds with all the bits you need to make them look good, good value, now fitted in our caravan looked so good we did not put the valance curtain covers back on thrown out the net curtains as it made the caravan so bright with a modern look really please with customer help as well excellent thank you.”

You can select these when making your order. You may have needed a larger clip size to allow your frame to clip in securely. “Absolutely brilliant. I had so many fears over whether I had measured correctly, I was buying a lot of shutters but the communication throughout the process held my hand and was second to none. All shutters arrived very well packed and secure and were so simple to install. I am so glad I chose not just the best price but the quality of Blinds Direct”
