The worst customer service and after sales team. I have been having issue with my Lisna Whirpool bath ever since we bought it and it has been 3 three months without any support from customer care. Dawn from customer support is dealing with this and responds only via email only a week saying someone will call but no one has called. Their phones lines don’t work. The worst company to deal with and I will totally avoid this company.

We had a bad experience with JTSpas, we have ordered 700mm*700mm shower tray and shower enclosure. This was recommended by the builder who has trust in this company as he has advised several other landlords. When the order came we just checked the item is in good condition. When the builder came and fixed the shower tray and then when he was trying to fix the shower enclosure it was not fitting. He checked the shower tray measurement he found that wrong order has been sent which is 800mm instead of 700mm. I have emailed the JTspas about the wrong order and that if they could replace the 700mm*700mm shower enclosure to 800mm*800mm enclosure. They mentioned they dont sell 800mm but this was false. Also they are blaming the builder that he should have checked, once we have ordered the right item we expect right item to be sent. Also Builder mentioned having trust with the company why would he keep on checking every time for each item measurement as it would be really hectic for him as they work in several places and it was the fault from the company. Now because of this company I have to unnecessarily incurred £800 for no reason. They are not compensating or helpful for any reason. I have faced horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company. Also recently builder faced another similar issue. This company is not helpfull.

This was our second steam cabinet. The first being replaced after about 15 years of service. At first glance, the LW10 appeared to be of lower quality than the first - eg plastic jet components, plastic riser rail, plastic waste cover, plastic rather than fiberglass roof and cheap thin plastic waste pipe. The quality of self-tapping screws provided were not good. Several of the heads stripped when being screwed into place. The installation instructions that came with the cabinet didn't quite correspond to the shower itself. One critical shortcoming was that the power cable was not connected to the unit as stated (ie 3/4 ways up the central column but almost at the bottom of the column). This meant that the cable was too short to reach the wall junction box. Other issues included two ozone generators being provided (one on the roof and one on the column) but only one electrical connection was provided. There were no user instructions for use of the control panel. You have to figure out how it works by trial and error. There was minor damage to our unit such as scratches in the central column, and a bent corner section of panel that was easily fixed. It appears that our unit had either been a demonstration model or was a return as it clearly had been constructed before given the pre-drilled holes in the central column, pre-installed door runner stops, and the pre-fitted rainfall shower head in addition to the second provided rainfall shower head received. The riser rail water entry pipe was too long for the provided flexible hose connection and protruded too far to allow the unit to lie flush to the wall. This was easily fixed by cutting 6 mm off the plastic pipe. On the positive side, the shower looks good, works well and was relatively easy to install. You will move the shower into and out of position numerous times during installation and the instructions say to keep this as a free-standing unit to enable periodic maintenance checks. If the space you plan to use does not have a surface level with the rest of the bathroom floor, I'd suggest using self levelling compound to make the surface level to aid moving the shower in and out. Our bathroom was not fully tiled under the previous shower, and it would have been impossible to easily move the new shower without making the area under it level with the rest of the floor. Delivery was fast and efficient.

You have sent me the wrong shower tray and there is no tap for my basin. Plumber booked for weekend , can now do nothing. I’ve cleared my bedroom for shower to go in corner , not easy at 89, and balance issues. Thank you v much . Goodness knows when it will go in now.janet Suggars cheltenham

Completely and utterly amazed at how this company have treated a request for replacement parts. I purchased a shower tray and surround which I was completely happy with, on fitting it I damaged one of the guide rails and requested a replacement, which I was happy to pay for, no blame whatsoever on JTSpars. I was first told that it wasn’t possible, which I found hard to believe, and then I was told to replace the rails would cost £254. No bear in mind I only paid £265 for the complete item. I paid for an express delivery that arrived after it would have if I had taken the cheapest option. Terrible aftercare service. Sorry but I won’t be using these guys again.

Purchased a product after speaking with customer services on the 28th of November asking if this would definitely be a Pre- Christmas delivery to be now told 5 days before christmas this now will not arrive until mid January. As for the customer services team, where to start… emails remain unanswered, when you do manage to speak to somebody they can’t answer a query and advise you will receive a call back however this also never happens. Getting a straightforward answer seems to be difficult. Upon delivery find a printed email to the manufacturer dated the 8th January from JT Spas only then asking for the item to be put into production despite being advised multiple times from customers service in December that the bath was ready and only awaiting 1 part. Do not lie to your customers and then leave evidence to the contrary taped to customers products. Appalling service.

After purchasing the shower cubicle it arrived promptly, however I was not very happy that where we understood that it was a 2 man job to carry it upstairs we assumed the delivery man would be one of the people. He made it quite clear that due to a back issue he wouldn't be able to help. He therefore left it downstairs for my husband to carry it upstairs by himself. The cubicle itself was packaged well. We read through the reviews and instructions which to be honest made it sound quite easy but when it came to the actual assembly none of the instructions made sense. Please be aware that that the cubicle is extremely heavy and if your space is limited it's impossible to erect. We ended up having to engage a plumber who said it was the worst instructions he'd ever seen. It looks great now its finished and works really well but unless you've got a degree in engineering I would think twice before purchasing this item

Great service from these guys. Brought an Insignia shower 2 years ago, and needed them to reissue a VAT receipt, and they did within minutes and called back to confirm I had recieved it. TOP SERVICE.
