“I don't really write reviews but this company deserves one as they gave me everything and more also a 1st class service. I bought a whirlpool bath and it's amazing also any queries they answer you straight away not like some bathroom companies out there was so happy with everything and would gladly order from them again. “Great service from these guys. Brought an Insignia shower 2 years ago, and needed them to reissue a VAT receipt, and they did within minutes and called back to confirm I had recieved it. TOP SERVICE.”

“I was replacing a thermostatic mixer shower unit and only required the main body, not the fixings. Fortunate, because I was sent a poorly wrapped box that was obviously a previous return, as it came with just one useable compression ring and water inside all the plastic bags. The shower works well.”

“My shower cabin was delivered over a week late, and the box was extremely scruffy and bent. The courier company told me that they had had this box "knocking around" in their warehouse since October 2023, after another JT Spas customer had cancelled their order for it. During that time it had been moved several times, including a complete warehouse relocation. So when my March 2024 order came through from JT Spas they couldn't find this old box in their new warehouse; it took them a week. It also meant the box was badly bent and damaged, but by the time it arrived it was too late to order an alternative, so I reluctantly decided to accept it anyway. The cabin is ok, EXCEPT FOR the doors which truly dreadful and not fit for purpose. The "hinges" are just long plastic strips down the door edges, which are so stiff it's really hard to open them to get in or out of the cabin, plus they cannot close properly so they dig into you all the time whilst showering. So overall not a good experience of JT Spas !!”

“Very unhappy, came time for plumber to fit the bath which he did very well given the bath we had sent , none of the panels fitted it was like a 1 2 3 from any part of the factory/warehouse the fittings to hold the panels came off some in the wrong places. He had to shape the bath and both panels to fit the bath cos no way were they going to allow it to fit without his skill a very expensive bath would have to have new panels made to fit it along with the saga of no overflows and wastes a very sad buy.”

Upon receiving your feedback regarding the missing bath waste with your walk-in bath, we immediately consulted with the manufacturer. They assured us that it had been dispatched along with the bath itself. Unfortunately, it came to our attention nearly two weeks later that this crucial part was not received, a detail that understandably might have been overlooked initially. Our team took this matter very seriously, and although the supplier confirmed the dispatch and inclusion on the delivery note, we recognse the significant impact this has had on your experience. With our sincerest apologies for the oversight and the inconvenience you've faced, we made the decision to cover the cost of the waste kit, ensuring it was sent out to you at the earliest convenience. We are relieved to hear that you were satisfied with the outcome, but we wish the circumstances had been different from the start. Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities, and we are committed to making things right when they do not go as planned. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our heartfelt apologies for any stress or inconvenience this may have caused.

“Small damage to the tub and roof of the shower cabin but I managed to repair with white silicone. The stool looked like it had been dropped from 4 floors up and the put in the box. No damage to the packaging!! .I informed JT spas who asked if we could repair it because they were running low on stock. The replacement they have sent looks like something that was knocked up by a local welding apprentice. It's covered in welding snots and has cutting burrs on the legs sharper than a new Stanley blade. If you seen this stool in a shop you wouldn't believe your eyes. Never in my life have I seen something so badly made. Typical internet rubbish. I have only kept it to show other people how bad it is. Can't be bothered to send it back and it's probably cheaper for me to purchase a proper stool from a proper retailer. Very disappointed to say the least.”
