Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“First time jewellery shopping with Berry's and couldn't be more happy. From the moment I rang and spoke to Connie in the Windsor Branch about what I was looking for, I knew I was going to get excellent customer service. I wasn't wrong, her attention to detail and patience were exemplary. Would also like to mention Kirsty & Andrew who were very friendly and informative. Everyone was very helpful and I am delighted with my purchases, one happy lady.”

“The customer service I received from Danny during the purchase of my Tudor was exemplary. Having seen the new model released at Watches & Wonders, I registered my interest in hope more than expectation. A day later and Danny contacted me to advise that Berry's were hoping to have a delivery in the coming weeks and that I could secure the watch with a small deposit. I was extremely pleased for Danny to then contact me and tell me the watch was in and I could have it the following day. The Berry's team even accommodated my change in delivery day requested to help me out.”

“I saw the new Tudor Pelagos Ultra had just launched, however very limited at the minute getting your hands on one. Berry’s sorted this out for me in a couple of days and got it sized and delivered to me. Great service and an amazing watch!”

From start to finish, the service was impeccable. A special thank you to Zoe Shepherd, who went above and beyond throughout the process. She was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her follow-up and personal attention really stood out. The watches arrived beautifully packaged and right on time. One of the presentation boxes had a minor fault, but Berry’s acted swiftly and sent out a replacement without hesitation — a great example of their customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Berry’s to anyone looking for luxury timepieces or fine jewellery. Thank you again to Zoe and the team for helping make our wedding even more special!”

“Danny’s customer service skills are top notch. The whole process of buying my Cartier tank must watch and the straps was smooth. Danny was very helpful and gave right advise. I received the watch, both the Cartier straps and the buckle. Thank you so much for wonderful packing and presentation.
