Just received my canvas after waiting over 5 weeks. The canvas arrived in a cardboard box with some bubble wrap. Why they thought that shipping something fragile across the world would be safe in such a package is beyond me. I received it from the USPS with the frame completely broken in half with the shards of wood tearing through the canvas. Their email does not work, I have messaged them several times thru their website with no answer. AVOID this company
