Usually excellent service. However last experience they confirmed order by email, took payment from card (not pending despatch) and then I didn't hear anything for three days. When I called customer service the representative told me the order was delayed due to waiting for an item. That's fine but I would have appreciated an email to inform me within 24 hours of placing my order.
