If you cancel an order, (in our case it was minutes after being placed) they will charge you anyway. You will spend a month going back and forth with their awful customers support people just to get your money back. I sent pictures of my transaction number, PayPal and bank statement yet they still “couldn’t find proof” of my payment. The only reason I was reimbursed at all was because of PayPal. I wouldn’t advise doing business with these people unless you have lots of time to spare and like being called a liar.
