I ordered my first swimsuit from Zaful last fall. Within one day they charged me, great...normal. And then 2-3 weeks later I NEVER received my swimsuit! On top of that, months have gone by. I never got a refund and I even emailed 3 times asking for one! They got back to me once saying that I needed to create and account to do a return, and then never heard back again.
Basically they stole money from me.
Never shopping here again. 🤷🏻♀️ Bummed because the suits looked so cute and I’ve had friends have a good experience- just not me!
