Several items were not well packaged for transport and their own boxes got damaged.... this was slightly frustrating with items that were gifts.
There was a massive hold up somewhere in shipping, and I am very grateful Yellow Octopus followed this up with Australia Post
The items themself are wonderful quality. Always such a great gift buying experience at Yellow octopus
