Packages have holes and leak as they defrost. My last box came to me late and partially defrosted despite another arriving frozen. Customer service was basically lump it. One reason I was a customer of butcher box for so long was that they always made things right. I wanted to get US produced pastured meat and I believe in the way Pasturebird harmonizes land and animal husbandry. They just need to do better with packaging logistics and customer service.
